What to Bring
Proper Identification
At least one government-issued document with your photograph and signature
- passport
- national identity card
- Canadian driver’s license
If you’re completing your medical exam as a refugee please also bring your IFHP documents.
Medical Reports
Any Medical Reports or test results that you have for any previous or existing medical conditions Medications
A list of your current medicationsEye Glasses
Please bring eyeglasses or contact lenses, if you wear them 
Attend Your Appointment
An experienced panel physician will conduct your:
physical exam
urine test
blood work
chest x-ray
Please note you do not need to fast for this exam.
We’ll Take Care of the Rest
Our Clinic will submit your report to IRCC via eMedical.
