How to Get Your Report

After your immigration exam, we will submit your report to the IRCC via the eMedical portal within 7-10 business days. Since IRCC receives your results directly from our clinic, purchasing a copy is optional. However, if you wish to obtain a copy, you have two options:

Order from a Confirmation Email

After your report is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from IMMEDEX with a link to order your report.



Once your medical exam is submitted to the IRCC, you may receive a request from them for additional information or tests, known as a “Furtherance.” This request will be sent directly to you by the IRCC, not by the clinic where you took your tests. It is your responsibility to contact your IMMEDEX panel physician and schedule a follow-up appointment.
